Treasurer - This will invovle ensuring payments for hall hire are taken and also the paying of bills, which are mostly set up on Direct Debit. It is not a very time consuming position, but is imperetive to the running of the hall. If the position is not filled, the hall will possibly have to close.

Booking Secretary - Someone is needed to answer queries with reference to hall bookings (sent via email) and keep records of when the hall is hired out.
